The Bespoke Process: From Concept to Creation

1. Share Your Vision & Project Needs	The process begins with your idea. Share your design concept with our dedicated Bespoke team. This can be in the form of drawings, sketches, mood boards, inspirational images, or even a detailed technical brief. Tell us about your project – its application (flooring, wall cladding, internal, external), the desired atmosphere, required tile size, finish, and any specific performance criteria. The more insight you provide, the better we can understand and help realize your vision.
2. Material & Color Expertise – Crafting the Mix	– Aggregate Selection: We work with you to choose the perfect aggregates from our extensive library or source specific materials to match your needs. This includes a wide range of natural stones, recycled glass, unique elements like mother-of-pearl, in various sizes and colors. – Color Matching: Precise color is crucial. We excel at matching background colors to your specifications, whether you provide a physical sample, a color code (Pantone, RAL, NCS, etc.), or an inspirational image. Using our high-quality pigments, we formulate the ideal cementitious mix.
3. Sample Development & Approval	– Based on the agreed-upon mix design (aggregates, color), our artisans and technicians will produce physical samples of your bespoke terrazzo. – These samples allow you to evaluate the exact blend of aggregates, the depth and accuracy of the background color, and the proposed finish (e.g., polished, honed). – Your approval of the sample is essential before we proceed to full-scale production, ensuring the final product meets your exact expectations.
