Step 1:
Based on customers' requested pattern, to prepare divider moulds

Step 2: Colors will be
tested according to customers' specification before mass production of those
colors. We have formula color book to keep register of each individual color.
This will avoid of having different colors in each single piece. It will of
course have slight variations in each design and color due to this is hand-made
product
Step 3: Divider frame
which creates the tile design will be placed inside the tile mould
Step 4: A
mixture of natural marble & granite dust, color pigment, and wet cement (mixture
of right color) is poured by hand into the divider frame
Step 5:
To remove divider frame from tile mould which will leave the top of the tile a
requested design layer
Step 6:
On top of that layer, to inlay a very thin layer of mixture of dry cement and
fine sand by hand. This layer will be base and reinforcement of the 1st layer
Step 7: To apply a mixture
of sand and cement to meet the requested thickness of tile. This will be last
layer of tile

Step 8:
All these combination will be pressed with hydraulic pressure, drawing moisture
from the colored layer wet mixture through the dry backing. This process will
create reaction between layers to make tile strong
Step 9: The end
product is a beautiful tile with a colored pattern. Thanks to its depth of
pigment, the tile can sustain surface and still retain its colors. If the tile
is exposed to high usage, the depth of the colors ensures that the floor is
renewed time and again
Step 10: Tiles will be
cured under water and place in solarium to get natural drying completely
Step 11: After tiles are dried completely, they will be treated with wax and polished to perfect surface of tiles
Step 12: Tiles will go to
serious quality control by checking piece by piece to carefully select really
good tiles.

Step 13: These tiles will be packed and palletized for exportation to
customer under international packing standards
