Service Commerce and Investment Company – Secoin Co., Ltd.

The former Service and Consultation in Informatics Company Secoin was established on March 22^nd, 1989. After that the company was changed into Service Commerce and Investment Company – Secoin Co., Ltd. on December 5^th, 1992.

At present, Secoin is the Mother company having 100% share or controlling share (over 51%) at member companies of Secoin group. At the same time, Secoin is holding share (below 50%) in sister companies.

With head office based in Hanoi and a professional working team for the last 20 years, Secoin is considered the brain to manage and control all the production and trading activities of member companies in Secoin group.

The company has legal capital of 80 billion VND and nearly 50 staff. Secoin is currenty in charge of the following tasks for the whole group:

• Working out general development strategy for the whole group
• Controlling and developing domestic and international distribution channels
• Establishing branding and marketing system for Secoin product categories
• Managing the operation of new technologies and products Reseach & Development Center for the whole group
• Building the management system for member companies and factories
• Supervising the quality management system for the whole group
